To Marry an English Lord is Being Reprinted

About a month ago I wrote a review for a fabulous nonfiction book about the American heiresses during the Victorian and Edwardian era that found themselves some British lords to marry. A few of you had expressed to me, after I posted my review, that it was near impossible to find a copy of the book at a reasonable price.

Well fear not! I just found out that To Marry an English Lord has been rushed back into print due to the renewed interest that Downton Abbey has produced about the American heiresses and that time period. One of the authors of the book announced on her blog that the book is being re-released on March 15th, and can I just say the new cover is GORGEOUS! I actually find myself a little jealous of everyone whose going to have the newer version. The link above will take you to the author’s announcement on her blog.

As I said in the review last month, I LOVED this book and highly recommend it, and I’m so glad that it’s been brought back into print especially since there weren’t any used copies for under $150 available (by the way I just checked and the reprinted edition is selling for $10 on Amazon).
